Introduction to Peizhen Academy: In the seventh year of Guangxu (1881), British missionary Huai Enguang founded a Bible school in Qingzhou. In the thirteenth year of Guangxu (1893), a church normal school was added. In the nineteenth year of Guangxu (1893) ) moved here and was renamed "Luo Peizhen Academy". It was divided into upper and lower halls, with theology and normal courses. In the 32nd year of Guangxu (1906), it merged with the American Presbyterian Theological Class and changed its name to Qingzhou Shinto Academy, which later became Qilu University Branch. In 1917, it was changed to the church's Shoushan Middle School. After the founding of the People's Republic of China, it was the site of Yidu Normal School and is now the North Campus of Weifang Engineering Vocational School.
