Introduction to Ksitigarbha Licheng Gold Seal: In 757 AD, Suzong of the Tang Dynasty, who believed deeply in Buddhism, issued an edict to Mount Jiuhua with a gold seal. The gold seal is square, measuring three inches and six inches, and the old scale weighs eight catties and eight taels. In the middle is the seal inscription "Ksitigarbha's Golden Seal of Lisheng", on the handle of the seal is engraved an exquisite and vivid three-dimensional relief of nine dragons surrounding a lion's face, and on the edge of the seal are the words "Tang Zhide's second year". Because there are nine dragons on its back, it is also called the Nine Dragons Back New Gold Seal.
