Introduction to Shingon Buddhism: Shingon Buddhism is a sect of Japanese Buddhism. It was founded by Master Kukai. The first initiation and teaching place was at Toji Temple in Kyoto. During the Kaiyuan period of Xuanzong, three Indian Tantric masters, Shan Wuwei, Vajra Zhi and Fu Kong, came to China to promote Tantra. Among them, Fu Kong had many disciples, and Huiguo was one of the outstanding ones.
