Introduction to the Candle Pen Stand: Several hundred meters west of Kao Tower, there is a beautiful peak standing upright, like a candle standing alone. The top of the peak is covered with green pines and resembles a standing pen, which is the symbol of Tiantai Mountain. According to legend, in ancient times, there was a farmer's family in Tiantai Mountain who gave birth to a son in the twelfth lunar month, named "La Zhu". He loved him like the apple of his eye. La Zhu lost his father when he was seven years old. His mother spoiled the son and often beat and scolded his mother when he became an adult. One day, the mother couldn't bear the abuse by her son and hit the stone peak to death. Lazhu woke up and regretted it. He buried her mother on the opposite peak. She always stood on the peak and cried. Over time, it turned into a stone peak to remind future generations to respect their parents.
