Introduction to the Imperial Concubine Pond: The Imperial Concubine Pond is also known as the Furong Pond. This is a two-story table-style building built in imitation of the bathhouse of Concubine Yang in the Tang Dynasty. The upper and lower floors are built with rolled stones to create large and small oval begonia flower shapes. There is a lotus nozzle in the center of the bottom of the pool, which means the stamen. Bai Juyi, a poet of the Tang Dynasty, had this wonderful description of Yang Guifei taking a bath: "The spring cold gave me a bath in Huaqing Pool, and the hot spring water washed away the fat."
