Introduction to Shigu: Gushan Mountain is 969 meters above sea level. It stands on the eastern outskirts of Rongcheng and on the north bank of the Minjiang River. It is named because there is a huge stone like a drum on the top of Mount Wei, which makes a rocking sound whenever there is wind and rain. As early as more than 1,000 years ago, Guo Pu, the minister of the Western Jin Dynasty, praised in his "Moving the City" that "the left flag (mountain) and the right drum (mountain) are two unique places in Fujian". He climbed the mountain from Shiyuan at the foot of the mountain and followed the ancient road on the left , climb 2145 steps, pass by seven pavilions in seven miles, and then reach the mountain gate; drive along the right road for about 8 kilometers, or you can reach the same destination by different routes.
