Yang Kaihui Memorial Hall is one of the first batch of patriotic education bases in Hunan Province and one of the first 100 red tourism classic scenic spots in the country. It is located in Kaihui Village, Kaihui Township, Changsha County, Hunan Province, about 70 kilometers away from Changsha City. It consists of three parts: Comrade Yang Kaihui’s former residence, Yang Kaihui Martyr Cemetery, and the Memorial Hall Reception Center.
