Introduction to Huanggu Spring: Huanggu Spring scenic spot is located in the bamboo forest on the east side of Phoenix Mountain. It consists of Huanggu Spring, Huanggu Tomb, Princess Yuzhen Statue and Wanggu Bridge.
Princess Yuzhen (?-762) was the tenth daughter of Emperor Ruizong of the Tang Dynasty Li Dan and the sister of Emperor Ming Li Longji. When she came into the world, her mother Dou was killed by her grandmother Wu Zetian who was in charge of the imperial power. She was free since childhood. Raised by his aunt, Princess Taiping. Influenced by her father and aunt's worship of Taoism, she entered Taoism in her early years and was given the title of Nu Guan, with the title of Master Chiying, Master of the Three Sceneries of Dadong in Xuandu City of the Qing Dynasty, and the title of Chongchang County Staple Food Renfu. After entering Taoism, he traveled around the world to visit famous mountains and made friends with knowledgeable people. He especially favored Li Bai, a talented civilian Taoist friend, and strongly recommended Li Bai to be enshrined in the Imperial Academy as the Holy Shang Qiancao. Li Bai was arrogant to the powerful and was slandered and rewarded him with gold. The princess was unhappy and angrily wrote a letter to take the title of princess; after the Anshi Rebellion, he pursued Li Bai and lived in seclusion in Jingting Mountain.
