Introduction to looking back over time: This exhibition hall displays the lower part of the basic display "History of Qingdao - Historical Exhibition of Qingdao Region", "Looking Back Over Time". This part is divided into six units based on historical evolution: "Fortification and Construction of the Qing Dynasty", "German Colonial Development", "Japanese Occupation and Looting", "Return of National Sovereignty", "Eight Years of Anti-Japanese War", and "People's Liberation". Through more than 200 historical photos and cultural relics, it comprehensively displays the development history of modern Qingdao from its establishment to its liberation in 1949 from aspects such as municipal construction, economy, culture, education, scientific research, etc.
