Every year on the eighth day of the fifth lunar month when the Dragon Mother is born, the Dragon Mother Ancestral Temple holds large-scale folk sacrificial activities. There are often more than 100,000 worshipers from all counties in Zhaoqing City, the Pearl River Delta, and even Hong Kong and Macao. For more than ten days in a row, pilgrims gathered in the stone archway square in front of the Dragon Mother Temple, and smoke was lingering. In those days, there were also customs of "sacrifice to the green snake" and "touch the dragon's bed to ask for a child."

How to get there:
