Scenic spot introduction:
Tiantai Mountain belongs to the Dabie Mountains. The main peak is 817 meters above sea level. It is a prominent peak. It is named because its "mountain shape is like a platform and looks like it was made by nature". It is known as the first peak in Huainan. Tiantai Mountain is known as "the source of Buddhism and beautiful mountains and rivers", and is also known as the "Red Holy Mountain". Tiantai Mountain is also the origin of Tiantai Sect, one of the eight major sects of Chinese Buddhism. Tiantai Mountain Scenic Area is located in Hong'an County, the "No. 1 General County in China" at the junction of Hubei and Henan. It has continuous peaks, crisscrossing valleys, and rich vegetation. It has brilliant cherry blossoms in spring and colorful sunsets in autumn. It is a 100-kilometer-long stretch of Wuhan City with well-protected ecology and good climate. How to get there:
Take a bus from Macheng City Long-distance Bus Station to Hong'an County Bus Station. There are about 10 buses from 8:00 to 16:00. The journey takes about one and a half to two hours and the fare is about 20 yuan.
Take the bus from Bali Railway Station in Hong'an County to Bali Bus Station (or wait on the main road after exiting the train station from Taipingqiao Town to Hong'an Bus Station), then transfer to the bus to Hong'an County Bus Station, from It runs about half an hour from 6:00 to 17:00, the journey takes about half an hour, and the fare is about 8 yuan.

Tiantai Mountain ticket price:
50 yuan, tickets booked on the official website are 45 yuan. Children under 1.2 meters tall, disabled people with disability certificates, senior citizens over 70 years old, active military officer certificates, national tour guide certificates, journalist certificates, and driver A1 licenses are free of charge. Children between 1.2-1.5 meters in height get a half-price discount, and seniors aged 60-69 get a half-price discount with a valid ID.
