Nanyang Xixia Longtangou Scenic Spot Tourism Guide

Scenic spot introduction:

Nanyang Longtangou Scenic Area has beautiful water, beautiful mountains, strange rocks, dangerous cliffs, and dense waterfalls. It combines beautiful mountains, strange rocks, clear water, lush forests, and secluded ponds. It is known as "a unique wonder in the Central Plains and a fairyland on earth." Longtangou Natural Ecological Scenic Area is located in Huashan Village, Shuanglong Town, Xixia County, in the hinterland of the Funiu Mountains, Henan Province. It is 30 kilometers away from Xixia County. The mountains on both sides of the canyon are made of granite mountains. The boulders are towering and as green as black. It is a great place to climb; there are 19 ladder-type waterfalls in total along the canyon from bottom to top, and there are 72 large and small pools, one waterfall and one pool, and the scenery is spectacular.

Attractions distribution:

The Longtangou Scenic Area is 12 kilometers long, with a natural drop of nearly a kilometer. The entire mountain is like two giant dragons entrenched, showing the dragon's head, dragon's mouth, dragon's horns and dragon's body respectively. The area is densely forested, with a forest coverage rate of 96.5%, with dynamic movement from north to south. Plants meet here, there are many species, and the ecology is good. It is an excellent place for people to relax, seek tranquility, cool off, and explore.
