Introduction to the Lingtai Instruments: The "Lingtai Instruments" section of the Beijing Ancient Observatory's "Exhibition of Achievements in Ancient Chinese Astronomy" mainly gives a relatively general introduction to the development history and main research instruments of ancient Chinese observatories. The exhibition shows the development of Chinese astronomical research institutions from the astronomical ruins of the Western Han Dynasty to the ancient Beijing Observatory, as well as famous ancient Chinese astronomical observation instruments such as the armillary sphere and the simple sphere.
