Introduction to Baiji Dolphin: Baiji Dolphin, also known as Baiji Dolphin, is a freshwater cetacean species of the Baiji family, found only in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River in China. By the 20th century, its population had declined due to various reasons, and it was known as the "Giant Panda in the Water." On August 8, 2007, in the journal Biological Letters of the Royal Society, it was officially announced that the white-tip dolphin was functionally extinct.
