The Eighth Route Army Office in Luoyang Memorial Hall is a revolutionary memorial hall established on the former site of the Eighth Route Army Office in Luoyang. It is also the only revolutionary site memorial hall open to the public in Luoyang City. The Luoyang Eighth Route Army Office was one of the public offices of the Eighth Route Army in various places during the Anti-Japanese War. During the Anti-Japanese War, under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, the office carried out anti-Japanese national united front work, negotiated military pay with the Kuomintang authorities, and raised and transported military supplies. , publicized the anti-Japanese propositions of the Communist Party of China and the anti-Japanese activities of the Eighth Route Army, received passing Eighth Route Army personnel, rescued political prisoners detained by the Kuomintang authorities, sent revolutionary cadres and progressive youth to Yan'an and the anti-Japanese front line, and contributed to the victory of the Anti-Japanese War.
