Introduction to Balengshan Reservoir: Balengshan Reservoir was completed in 1997 and is one of the larger reservoirs in the Sanjiang Plain. The reservoir connects two mountains and cuts into a ravine. It is surrounded by green mountains, majestic red rocks, pines and cliffs, and oak birches greet the wild. It is a tourist and summer resort with excellent ecology and culture.
