Introduction to Tiger Leaping Gorge: Tiger Leaping Gorge is one of the deepest canyons in the world, 60 kilometers away from the county seat of Lijiang Naxi Autonomous County. This canyon is located in the upper reaches of the Jinsha River, with a total length of 18 kilometers. It is divided into three sections: Upper Tiger Leaping, Middle Tiger Leaping, and Lower Tiger Leaping. It has a circuitous road of 25 kilometers. It is bounded by Jade Dragon Snow Mountain in the east and Haba Snow Mountain in Diqing in the west. The vertical height difference is 3790 meters. The narrowest point of the river is only about 30 meters. According to legend, a tiger descends from the mountain and can fly across the rocks in the river with just one foot, so it is called Tiger Leaping Gorge. There are many reefs in the gorge, with 21 dangerous shoals, 7 drops as high as 10 meters, and 10 waterfalls.

In fact, the more convenient way is to charter a car on Sifang Street, which costs about 200 yuan for a round trip.
