Introduction to Bigu Tianchi: At Bigumu Point, 3,500 meters above sea level in Lianhe Village, Xiaozhongdian Township, Shangri-La County, there is a lake with an area of 0.21 square kilometers - Bigu Tianchi. The average water depth is only 1.62 meters, and the deepest point is only about 3 meters. Although the lake is not big or deep, it is strangely quiet and strangely clear. There are not only large expanses of virgin forest, green pastures, quiet cattle and sheep around Bigu Tianchi, but even more touching are the azaleas by the lake. The rhododendrons here are spread out in forests, and most of them are yellow rhododendrons, white rhododendrons and red rhododendrons with large corollas and bright colors. When the flowers bloom, all the flowers bloom, and the lakeside becomes a beautiful garland surrounded by the water. Those flowers have different postures and are colorful. The elegance and purity of white, the calm yet unobtrusive beauty of yellow, and the passion and brilliance of red combine into a silent chorus of flowers. On the hillside a little far away from the lake, there are nearly a hundred acres of cherry blossoms and azaleas. These flowers are not as graceful as the big flowers by the water. Instead, they grow from small trunks everywhere, forming a landscape like Shangri-La's sea of flowers. . People looking at flowers only feel that large areas of rich purple and red attract their eyes, but they can't tell which one is which. If you wander among them, Shangri-La will naturally be intoxicated with the flowers. There is an oval-shaped island in the center of Shangri-La Tianchi. There is a forest of cuckoos on the island.
