Introduction to Zhongaifang: Zhongaifang was built in the Yuan Dynasty to commemorate the merits of Xianyang Wang Pingzhang Sai Dianchi and Zhan Siding in political affairs. The reason why it is named Zhongaifang is because when Sai Dianchi was in Yunnan, he was considerate of the people's sentiments and benefited the people. It is said that he is "loyal to the king and loves the people." The most significant one is the Jinzhi River in Kaixi, which irrigates tens of thousands of acres of fertile land.
