Introduction to Xiaolanliba Scenic Area: Here is the Neolithic ruins of Elephant Trunk Mountain, which is about 3,000 years old. More than 150 cultural relics such as stone knives, stone axes, pottery pieces, and stone cakes were also collected from the eight primitive village sites adjacent to it, including Nanduo, Napan, Manpan, Zhulin, and Nanpanhe. These cultural relics have the characteristics of both Mangnuo and Manghuai cultures. Three copper axes dating back about 2,600 years were also excavated at the site. The scenic spot is located on the bank of the Lancang River, 103 kilometers west of Simao City.
