Scenic spot introduction:

Zhangjiagang Xiangshan got its name from the legend that during the Spring and Autumn Period, King Wu sent beauties to the mountain to collect incense. It is known as a famous mountain in the south of the Yangtze River. It is located in Nansha Town in the west of Zhangjiagang City. The mountain is in the shape of a rhombus and consists of large and small Xiangshan Mountains. The north slope is steep, the south slope is gentle, and the top is broad. It is the highest in the city.

Xiangshan has the Wangjiang Pavilion, which stands proudly on a solitary peak, overlooking the Yangtze River, the wharf, and the bonded zone; there is the Tiger's Mouth, which is surrounded by strange rocks and steep mountains; there are blooming flowers and fragrant herbs on the slopes. It is said that King Wu Fu Chai and his beauty walked up the mountain to collect incense.
