The Grand Guanyin Temple in Xishan, Suzhou is the oldest Guanyin Temple in Chinese history. It was built in the Tang style. It is solemn, simple and magnificent, showing the magnanimity of the prosperous Tang Dynasty. This place is located at Piaomiao Peak, one of the seventy-two peaks of Taihu Lake. It faces the vast Taihu Lake to the south and is surrounded by mountains on the east and west sides. Bus route: Take bus 695 and get off at Qili Station.
Driving route: Enter Sanxiang Road, turn left into Shishan Road, turn left into Changjiang Road, turn right into Zhuyuan Road, turn left into Jinshan South Road, turn right into Zhongshan West Road, turn left into Lingshan Road Tian Road, go straight into Sunwu Road, turn left into Xuyu Road, turn right into Huan Taihu Avenue, towards Taihu Bridge/Xishan Scenic Area, take the 2nd exit from the roundabout to Changsha Road, keep left onto Daqiao Road, go straight into Jinting Road, go straight onto Meiyuan Road, turn right onto Piaomiaofeng Ring Road.
