Introduction to the Confucian Temple: Huoshan Confucian Temple was formerly known as the Holy Temple, also known as the Holy Palace, Confucius Temple, and Confucius Temple. It was built in the fifth year of Hongzhi in the Ming Dynasty (1492 AD) and was destroyed many times in the Ming and Qing dynasties. In 1988, it was approved by the Anhui Provincial People's Government as a provincial key cultural relics protection unit. In 2012, it was bundled with the Nanyue Mountain Scenic Area and successfully created a national AAAA-level tourist attraction.
