Building introduction: On May 28, 1997, the new Beijing Station covering an area of 350 square meters was completed. A new waiting corridor and a fountain sculpture symbolizing peace were built next to the platform. 1,102 square meters of green lawn were newly laid in the square in front of the station, and more than 200 peace doves were introduced.
