Introduction to Dacheng Hall: Dacheng Hall is the main hall of Harbin Confucian Temple, located on the longitudinal axis of the second entrance. Dacheng Hall is a double-eaves verandah roof style with golden dragon and seal paintings. It is eleven rooms wide and five rooms deep, and is covered with yellow glazed tiles. This hall was designed and built according to the specifications of the Great Sacrifice Ceremony. Its layout is comparable to that of the Hall of Supreme Harmony in the Forbidden City in Beijing, and is unique in the history of Confucian temple architecture.
