Introduction to Qinjiang Public Yamen: Qinjiang Public Yamen was built in the seventh year of Yongzheng reign of the Qing Dynasty. It was the headquarters where the Qing generals stationed in Fujian inspected the naval drills every year. It was also the highest command organ of the Sanjiangkou Navy Banner Camp.
