Introduction to Baiyan Temple: Baiyan Temple is located in the Lotus Valley, so it is also called Lotus Temple. It is built on a steep rock on three sides halfway up Baiyan Mountain. It has a history of thousands of years. It was first built in the Tang Dynasty and has been built and abandoned many times. The existing main hall was built in the Qing Dynasty and rebuilt in 1988. It faces south and faces north, covering an area of about 400 square meters. The temple is backed by Tortoiseshell Mountain, and in front of the temple is a gate. Below the gate is a cliff and a deep valley. From a distance, it seems to be hanging in the air, which is very precipitous. The gold characters "Baiyan Temple" on the banner on the gate of Baiyan Temple are said to be inscribed by Master Puyu of Yongquan Temple in Gushan.
