Introduction to Bi Yuncheng's former residence: Bi Yuncheng's former residence is located at No. 115 Nanxiao Street, Kanpu Town. It is a small independent bungalow built in the Republic of China, with the western half existing. In 1945, this was the combat headquarters of the New Fourth Army’s Zhejiang East Column’s northward retreat in the Battle of Kanpu. Bi Yuncheng (1891-1971) was a famous patriotic democrat in modern times. He engaged in business in Shanghai in his early years, and later sponsored Zou Taofen to study in college. They became a close friend from then on. He was one of the earliest contributors to the "Life" weekly edited by Zou Taofen. Recommended to serve as general manager of Life Bookstore and director of Shanghai Zou Taofen Memorial Hall.
