Introduction to Dabei Mountain: Dabei Mountain is located in Tian'ao Village in the east of Sijiao Island. It has beautiful mountains and excellent views. In the Tang Dynasty, it was called Sijiao Island after Dabei Mountain. It was the third highest peak in Shengsi Islands and was named after Buddhism. It is named after the great kindness and compassion in Guanyin culture. In the eighth year of Tianfu in the Later Jin Dynasty (943), monks built Zifu Temple on Dabei Mountain. In the eleventh year of Tongzhi in the Qing Dynasty (1873), Lingyin Temple was built as a branch temple of Yuantong Temple on Putuo Mountain. It was very popular and was rebuilt in 1987. The top of the Dabei Mountain is a good place for hiking and the best viewing point for a bird's-eye view of the two major beaches, Jihu Lake and Nanchangtu Beach. It used to be called "The Peak of Dabei".
