Introduction to Wang Youjun Temple: Wang Youjun Temple was built during the Kangxi period. It has white walls and black tiles, and is surrounded by water. It is the essence of Orchid Pavilion. The clear pool in the temple is said to be the ink pool where the calligraphy saint listened to his pen. There is an ink-hua pavilion in the pool, with a bridge next to the pavilion and a surrounding corridor next to the temple. The whole building is a "landscape, corridor, bridge and pavilion" integrated into one, which is unique. The statue of Wang Xizhi is displayed in the temple, and the cloisters on both sides are engraved with the "Lanting Preface" written by famous writers of the past dynasties. The opening ceremony of the China Lanting Calligraphy Festival and calligraphy exchange activities on the third day of the third lunar month every year are held in the temple.
