Introduction to Zhuangyuan Pavilion: Zhuangyuan Pavilion is a famous painting gallery without a store originally opened in Qinghefang. It was founded in the 10th year of Tongzhi in the Qing Dynasty (1871). It was opened by Wang Shangrong, a native of Ningbo, specializing in Ning-style noodle soup business. Legend has it that Wang Shangrong helped a fellow scholar from his hometown to pass the Jinshi examination. On the way to his appointment, the scholar went to Hangzhou to thank Wang Shangrong and wrote the words "Zhuangyuanlou" as a farewell. From then on, Wang Shangrong's noodle shop had an elegant name.
