There are buildings such as the building and the back hall, and there are wing rooms and study buildings on the east and west sides, covering an area of ​​about 2,300 square meters. The architectural pattern is regular, the layout is reasonable, the materials are exquisite, and the decoration has a strong local style. It is a typical official residence in the middle and late Qing Dynasty in Ningbo city.
