Introduction to the Bagua Water System: In the early days of Qian Tong's establishment of the village, his ancestors had the Confucian philosophy of "harmony between man and nature". They had comprehensive considerations for village buildings and planned them rationally, requiring buildings to be integrated with the surrounding natural environment. As a whole, it advocates that the entire village should be organically integrated in form and function. It is necessary not only to build good houses and roads, but also to dig good canals and wells so that the principles of Yin and Yang, Eight Diagrams, Eight, Eight, Six and Four can be used in the village. Each line in the Bagua can be used to represent the buildings in the village. The bottom of the Bagua is the streets and alleys connected to the canals that closely follow the streets and alleys. The pebble roads and clear water canals wind into a network. This water system layout is rarely found in other villages.
