Introduction to the dances of the She people: The traditional folk dances of the She people mainly include dances for sacrifices, funerals and production labor. Dances of the She people are mostly seen in activities such as performing meritorious deeds, "pulling out wounds", "beating the body", and worshiping ancestors. Mainly, the master blows the dragon horn with his mouth, dances with the spirit knife with his hand, and dances while singing (or chanting) amidst the beating of gongs and drums. There are single, double, four or group dances, and the dance steps are mostly hunting movements.
