Introduction to Taizixie: Tianmu Mountain was the place where Prince Zhaoming of the Southern and Northern Dynasties lived in seclusion to study and distribute scriptures. Shenlongchuan is at the foot of the north mountain of Daxianding in Tianmu Mountain. The prince once went down the mountain from the north side and left many traces in the Shenlongchuan area. The original Prince's Temple and other buildings were destroyed during the Cultural Revolution. This pavilion was built on the river to commemorate Prince Zhaoming's contribution to Buddhism. A couplet on the pavilion pillars once wrote: "Pilgrims from all directions gathered, and hundreds of thousands of fireworks were scattered. Jiangnan".
