Introduction to the old site of the New Fourth Army's Quilts Factory: At the end of March 1945, the New Fourth Army, led by a director named Yue, stationed in Maotang and was ordered to establish a military uniforms factory. At that time, the quilt factory owned more than 40 sewing machines, one-third of whom were female warriors, and the main means of transportation were two horses and two donkeys. They transported white cloth from Lin'an and other places, and used the pond tanks used by the villagers for bathing and boiling water as the dyeing and dyeing workshop of the quilt factory. After the soldiers worked hard day and night, batches of brand-new military uniforms, military caps, military shoes, leggings, and belts were produced. There are also cotton-padded clothes and trousers, made by the soldiers.
