Introduction to the Net Boat Festival: The Jiangnan Net Boat Festival is also called a water gathering, commonly known as the Liuwang Temple Temple Fair. It is the only water temple fair in Jiangnan. It is to worship General Liu Chengzhong, the locust-fighting hero of the Yuan Dynasty. Boats from all over the country spontaneously gather in Liansi The grand gathering on the water has a history of hundreds of years. Every year around the Spring Festival, Qingming Festival and Mid-Autumn Festival, thousands of boats and thousands of people gather on the north bank of Liansidang in Jiaxing, Zhejiang, which is a spectacular sight. Among them, the largest scale of temple fair activities occurs during the Qingming Festival. Ships from all over the country, especially ships, incense boats, silk-mesh boats, fishing boats, cargo ships, etc. from Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai and Anhui, all come to Liuwang Temple. The "Jiangnan Boat Festival" was included in the list of China's intangible cultural heritage by the Ministry of Culture in June 2011.
