Scenic spot introduction:
Chaodou Rock is known as "Chaodou Yanxia" and is one of the "Eight Scenic Spots of Changting". It is located at the foot of the mountain 1.5 kilometers south of Changting County, Fujian Province. It is named after a huge rock on the mountain facing the Beidou. The scenic area has towering ancient trees, a quiet environment, strange rocks and caves, and flying pavilions in the sky. It is a Buddhist holy land that combines the beauty of mountains and forests with the tranquility of deep valleys. According to legend, Yachuan, a hermit in the Song Dynasty, refined elixirs at Perak Rock. After the elixirs were prepared, he dug a hole and built a nunnery here. He sat quietly and faced the Beidou with the mist in the sun. He carved the stone with the word "Chaodou", so it was named "Chaodou Yanxia". .Attractions distribution:
