Introduction to Xiaojinwa Temple: Xiaojinwa Temple is also known as the Temple of the Protector God (Family Gods). It was first built in the fourth year of Chongzhen in the Ming Dynasty (i.e. 1631 AD). It originally had a glazed tile roof. In the seventh year of Jiaqing in the Qing Dynasty (1802), it was changed to a gold-copper tile roof. The corridors in the temple display bison, sheep, bears, monkeys and other specimens, symbolizing that all demons and ghosts have been conquered by God.
