Introduction to Hongzhi ZTE: Ming Xiaozong Zhu Youtang (1470~1505) succeeded Ming Xianzong who died of illness as emperor in 1487, with the reign name Hongzhi. Due to a rough childhood, she knew that her mother, Concubine Ji, was unhappy in her life. After she succeeded to the throne, she showed a series of diligent and caring performances. He repeatedly reduced taxes for people affected by disasters, advocated frugality, and rewarded the development of production, which enabled the Ming Empire's economy to recover and develop during his term, which is known as the "Hongzhi Zhongxing" in history. This scene shows the scene in 1488 when he personally visited Xiannongtan to plow the fields. The Jiaofang Order sent a kabuki, but Ma Wensheng, the censor of Zuodu, scolded him and signaled the kabuki to retreat.
