Introduction to the Russian Painter Village: Since the 1950s, discerning painters have been entering this town. In recent years, Hailin City has established the China Hengdaohezi Oil Painting Village in the town specifically for painters from all over the world. It now has 4 large exhibition halls, 23 painter studios, and 13 painter dormitories, and can accommodate 100 painters at the same time. It has created more than 100 well-known painters and has become an art training base for 7 universities including Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts.
