The stone statue is carved according to the ratio of 1:1 and is 1.9 meters high. The general himself weighs 276 kilograms and is tall and burly. The majestic statue depicts the style of General Luo Binghui during his lifetime. General Luo Binghui served as deputy commander of the New Fourth Army and deputy commander of the Shandong Military Region during his lifetime. He was one of the 33 military strategists of the People's Republic of China represented by Mao Zedong, and one of the eight military strategists and martyrs who died during the war years.
