Linglong Park is centered on Linglong Pagoda, which is the Cishou Temple Pagoda, formerly known as "Yong'an Wanshou Pagoda" and commonly known as Linglong Pagoda. Cishou Temple was built by Empress Dowager Cisheng, the mother of Ming Shenzong, in the fourth year of Wanli (1576). The Linglong Pagoda is a representative work of the Ming Dynasty dense-eaves tower, which is extremely exquisite.
