Introduction to Shanxi Merchants Guild Hall: The Taiyuan Shanxi Merchants Guild Hall is based on the Shanxi Merchants Guild Hall in Liaocheng, Shandong Province. It is located in the southeast corner of Yingze Park, with a total construction area of 4989 square meters and is divided into three parts. The middle part is the guild hall area, facing east from the west, followed by the chicken claw archway, first entrance courtyard, and second entrance courtyard. The second entrance courtyard has a stage, stele pavilion, stone archway, dedication hall, main hall and other buildings. The south side is a partial garden. On the north side is the reception area and stele gallery. Walking around the museum, every brick, tile, stone and wood in it is permeated with the style and essence of Chinese culture, carrying the cultural thoughts of Shanxi merchants.
