Scenic spot introduction:

The Three Pagodas of Chongsheng Temple are the most magnificent group of pagodas in southern my country and one of the scenic spots in Cang'er Lake. They are located 1.6 kilometers north of the ancient city of Dali, Yunnan Province. They are a group of large-scale Buddhist temples built during the Nanzhao and Dali Kingdoms. Right in front of the original Chongsheng Temple, there was a three-legged structure. The main tower, also known as Qianxun Tower, was built in the Tang Dynasty. It is a square hollow brick tower with dense eaves, 16 levels and 69.13 meters high. There are four characters "Yongzhen Mountains and Rivers" in front of its base. The two small towers in the south and north were built in the Song Dynasty. They are octagonal hollow brick towers with dense eaves. They have 10 levels and are both 43 meters high. There are eaves on each floor, and the corners are upturned. There is no need for beams, columns, brackets, etc., and the artistic effect is achieved with outline lines. The whole body of the tower is covered with charcoal, like a jade pillar holding up the sky. The three towers tower into the blue sky, with unified layout, harmonious shape and seamless integration. They have become a symbol of Dali Bai culture.
