Mori Tropical Rainforest Scenic Area in Ruili, Yunnan is famous for its beautiful and strange tropical rainforest landscape and Buddhist holy place. It is said that Buddha once bathed in fasting next to the hot spring here and left a huge footprint. Later generations commemorated the Buddha. When I visited it in person, I called it "Zhaduo" in Indo-Pali language which means the footprints of the Buddha.Attractions distribution:
Mori Tropical Rainforest Scenic Area is located on the side of Ruili City in the junction area of Luxi City, Ruili City and Longchuan County, about 5 kilometers northeast of Ruiwan Bridge. The total area of the scenic area is 7 square kilometers. It is composed of native tropical ravine rainforest vegetation, rivers and waterfalls. The waterscape combination of hot springs and hot springs is the main landscape feature, which integrates the Theravada Buddhist legends and the humanistic landscape beauty of the scenic spots. In the scenic area, there are many strange rocks, steep mountains, towering ancient trees, numerous streams, gorgeous flowers, warm hot springs, and wild wildlife. There are nearly 400 species of animals and more than 1,500 species of wild plants. How to get there:
Ruili is 495 kilometers away from Kunming City, Yunnan Province. All major bus terminals in Kunming have buses to Dehong Ruili. There are no direct buses to the scenic spot in Ruili City. Tourists can charter a bus from the city to the Mori Tropical Rainforest Scenic Area.
