Introduction to the Huangjiaba Blockade Battle Monument: In November 1935, the Second and Sixth Army Corps of the Chinese Workers’ and Peasants’ Red Army, led by comrades such as He Long, Ren Bishi, Wang Zhen, Xiao Ke, etc., began the Long March, starting from western Hunan and advancing Guizhou. On February 28 of the following year, the Second and Sixth Red Army Corps fought with the Kuomintang troops in Huangjiaba and won a victory. This was the famous "Huangjiaba Blockade".
