Harbin Nielai Christian Church is a Gothic church with a Nordic style. It is now the Harbin Christian Church. The Christian Church was built in 1914 on the initiative of the Germans, the China Eastern Railway Administration and private donations, and was designed by Faurobe. At that time, it was only used by German expatriates and believers from various consulates, so it was also called the German Lutheran Church. In 1967, the church was closed, restored in 1980, and reopened on December 25 of the same year, becoming a very distinctive architectural landscape on the streets of Harbin today.
