How to get there:

2. Train: Cairns Railway Station, there are The Sunlander and The Queenslander from Cairns to Brisbane. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from the train station to Cairns City Plaza.

3. Passenger buses: Long-distance buses in Cairns all stop at Trinity Wharf Bus Terminal and are sent to Port Douglas and other places. Next door is the marina for yachts, and it's only a 5-minute walk to the Marina Square.
