Introduction to the Chinese Wooden Movable Type Printing Cultural Village: The Chinese Wooden Movable Type Printing Cultural Village is located in Dongyuan Village, Pingyangkeng Town. The wooden movable type printing technique in Dongyuan Village is the only known wooden movable type printing technique that has been preserved and is still in use in my country. It has a history of more than 800 years. Its spread is maintained by the Chinese folk tradition of compiling family trees and genealogies. Because compilation of musical notation is very particular and requires the use of rice paper, thread binding, and old Song script, this also determines the use of the traditional craft of wooden movable type printing.
